this is Jin Mikura, :iconshogxb13:'s OC. He's a cop :D but i think i've drawn a completely diff OC. he does'nt look like the original at all :nirvana:

the uniform's colour is a bit different because he is a special cop XD . ok i made that up.. coz somehow i think this colour looks pretty nice .
